Montgai Located in a small village of 500 inhabitants has bakery ( wood oven bread ) , meat (prepared ), bar , pharmacy , ATM .

- The house, fully restored houses 6 spacious bedrooms with 6 bathrooms. It offers room with jacuzzi for 6 people, garden, swimming pool , barbecue ( wood provided) , billiards room , dining room and spacious living room , kitchen.

It is distributed in ground floor and first floor :
- The ground floor consists mainly of common services of the house , two bedrooms one double bed, a bathroom and a bedroom with bath that is adapted for disabled guests . A large dining room and living room with T.V. kitchen with all electromesticos (dishwasher , toaster , coffee maker, washing machines, etc. ) , outside there is garden with exclusive pool -pool , barbecue and porch.

- The first floor has 4 bedrooms all ensuite . This floor also can observe the original wooden beams of the typical home in the area , and a large sun terrace.
