Accommodation description

One of the many charming features of this country house are its 7 double bedrooms with private bathrooms, all outward-facing with amazing views.
 
3 cosy living rooms with fireplaces, a library full of books in the corner to read on the comfortable sofas, a panoramic 42” TV, stereo equipment, etc., and as decoration a nice collection of antic agriculture tools, typically for this region in ancient times, let you immediately feel like at home.
 
It´s an ideal place to let your dreams come up and to listen to the birds songs.
 
For any celebration, big or small, there is a large semi-industrial kitchen available, fully equipped with refrigerated counter, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, washing machine, etc., and you can find enough kitchen tools like coffee machines, toaster, mixer etc. and plates, enough for 25 persons.
 
At Can Micos, you can enjoy the company of your family or friends with complete freedom, surrounded by nature.
 
The whole plot is surrounded by a fence, and there is only one electric entrance gate.
 
Outside the house, we offer you an area of 4500 m2 private gardens with flowers and different types of trees, among them some very nice fig trees. It´s a natural show of smells and colour depending of the year season.
 
A fantastic pool (size: 4,5m x 9m, and 1m to 1.8m deep) closed by an extra fence for children security with Pine trees and grass.
 
This pool area is equipped with 8 desk chairs and a table with 6 comfortable chairs, which you can put in the sunshine or in the shadow.
 
Directly beside the pool area there is a large place where you find a covered parking place for 6 cars, and there is more than enough space to play football, basket, Ping-Pong Tennis, and bowls, and an Indian cabin for the kids, offering for both children and adults lots of outdoor exercises.
 
The absolutely Highlight of the country house CAN MICOS is the amazing large covered barbecue area for your outdoor events, with a huge wooden table 1.80x2.50m and its benches around. Perfect to enjoy most of the outdoors experience. From the Barbecue area you have a look to the pool and its garden!
 
For some smaller groups you can find directly outside the kitchen a beautiful nice flower covered sitting area with a table and 8 chairs. From there you have a nice view to the garden pool area ,too.
 
CAN MICOS offers a central heating with radiators in each room, each one with individual temperature regulation.
 
The seven berdrooms are distributed in: 4 double bedrooms in the first floor and 3 double bedrooms at the ground floor plus a separate Guest toilet.
 
There is an option of 6 additional beds.
 
CAN MICOS is offering the possibility for a good Catering Service at very reasonable prices, ideal for a real holiday!
 
Free Wi-Fi access, code word necessary.
 
Full tourist information about the region, the Costa Brava, Girona and Barcelona will be handed over personally by the landlady Mss. Carmen Carreras at your first day, who will be happy to advise you in whatever you might need.
 
For example: restaurants of all kinds, car hire, taxis, horse riding, hot air balloon rides, golf, pitch & putt, tennis, paintballing, hiking, mountain biking, natural parks and botanical gardens, museums, monasteries such as Montserrat, tours, etc.
 
Can Micos is only 20 km away from the beautiful Costa Brava with its famous golden beaches, where you can do nearly any kind of water sport, or enjoy the nightlife in Lloret de Mar, Tossa de Mar, Platja d'Aro, etc.
 
Can Micos is available for just a weekend, during the weeks, and week-long stays all throughout the year.
 
The airport Girona is about 15km away from the country house Can Micos.
 
The train RENFE to Barcelona and to France is about 3 km away from CAN MICOS – Train Station called SILS.
 
At your arrival at Can Micos there will be available the necessary towels in the bathrooms
( which will be changed every 7 days, same as the bed linen )
 
Dish soap in the kitchen.
 
But we do not prepare the coal for the barbecue.
 
During your stay there will be an assistant help for whatever you need at any time.
