FOUNTAIN POVAL is located in the village of the town of Caballar. The cottage is nestled in an old raised in the 50's building, constructed in order to be used as storage, barn, drying in the massacres and endless activities, all related to farm work. The building was renovated in 2005. Rehabilitation has made ??retaining the rustic charm and using natural materials such as stone, wood, clay tiles in flooring and hand made ??and painted in craft workshops. Accommodation description

The house is for rent Complete and fully independent . It sleeps 8 people and has :

3 bedrooms on the first floor , one of them double and two twin .

1 ROOM bed downstairs . 

3 full bathrooms, 2 with bath upstairs ( one with spa bath) and one with shower on the ground floor . Hairdryer.

KITCHEN fully equipped is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, small appliances ( toaster, juicer, blender ) . Crockery , glassware ( wine glasses and cups ect ) , cutlery and kitchenware.

THE LIVING ROOM has , flat screen TV ( with USB port) , DVD, WIFI (free) and open fireplace .

OTHER USEFUL

HEATING AND HOT WATER , is produced by oil boiler . On each floor , the house features where thermostats regulate temperature to suit the traveler.

FIREWOOD , to turn the French fireplace in the lounge , we leave for the winter without any additional cost. We also left firelighters for the fireplace.
