La Posada Herran is a mountain typical rural house located 600 meters from the old town of Santillana del Mar and 1 km from the Caves of Altamira.

La Posada Herran has been restored in stone and native woods such as chestnut and oak. In a tranquil rural setting, the house has been carefully restored getting a rustic and cozy atmosphere throughout the house that invites relaxation.

The owners will help develop their itineraries, and to answer your questions.

The inn's location is ideal for exploring the region. It offers easy access to the beaches of the Cantabria coast, such as Suances and Comillas, as well as the Picos de Europa mountains for hiking and mountain lovers.
